Meet our MaxAssist service programme!
Our MaxAssist service programme supports our customers throughout the year with on- and off-site servicing, repair and year-round consultancy. With both mechanical and electrical trained engineers we are able to give hands on advice and can trouble-shoot in case of need. We understand the difficulties your engineers face during the overhaul and maintenance of your equipment and we can act accordingly.
Service available in the workshop or on location.
Our service engineers are available 24/7 worldwide if service is required on one or more of your vessels.
We perform service on board, but we also provide our customers with mechanical and electrical support by telephone and/or email. At our local workshop our engineers carry out inspections, repairs, balancing and can even overhaul complete separators. In addition we have a large scope of new or reconditioned bowls and separators available.
